Had an opportunity to help with my VBF, Brooke at sillymamaquilts.com this spring doing a little assistance with her piece for Alison Glass.  Love Alison's fabrics!  I have both Alison's Lucky Penny and Field Day lines.
Here it is at Spring Market.  Great job Brooke!
Here is a wall hanging I made using Alison's Lucky Penny line.  I used linen for the background.  I love this wall hanging.

Farmer's Wife

Some time back I started the Farmer's Wife blocks in my Fig Tree fabrics.  I got these 12 done then just sort of lost interest.  I hate to waste them, so I put this little wall hanging together with them and it hangs in my studio.

Shape of Spring Placemats

I purchased this fabric from The Intrepid Thread called Shape of Spring.  I thought it would make perfect placemats and a table runner.

Cut it Up

I really did not like this line (Simmerlove) once I purchased it.  I had half yards of ten pieces in the line.  It sat in the closet for a year at least.  I attended a Ricky Tims Seminar in January and decided to try his Convergence pattern.  I really like this.  I am now trying another similar idea with it.  Great idea on how to use something your not crazy about and turn it into something you love.

Baby Love

I purchased a pattern from Cotton Way a couple weeks ago, and cut some fabrics of several different fabric lines of Moda by Bonnie & Camille.  The first row is done, but I went ahead and cut the rest of the blocks pieces to audition them.  I think this lay out looks pretty good.  What do you think?
