LOOKING BACK

I'm in a bit of a quilting slump.  A result of way too many projects in various stages of construction and such a mess in my studio it is hard to walk through there. I ended up taking the Christmas wall quilts down this past week, and putting long ago finished ones up.  Sometimes its good to take another glance at what was done a couple years ago to make one feel like maybe one does eventually get something done that you really are proud of them.
They are finished so I am linking up with

  1. They are beautiful, and I agree, sometimes revisiting old projects is the best way to come out of a slump.

  2. I especially like your stars with alternate applique blocks. It just seems perfect to me with the narrow green border and the wider flowered border. It all works together so well. Yes, it's good to look back at quilts we've finished, especially in the midst of unfinished projects.

  3. So sorry that you feel slumped a bit. Those quilts are gorgeous. Be proud and rest a little. My grandmother used to say that you are a butterfly just drying your wings in the sunlight.
