That has worked for me in the past anyhow. It is a bit of work but would save you the trip. Try uploading the quilt blocks to your computer and open them in Paint. Paint is pretty good at resizing for printing. Worth a shot before you head to the office supply. On my Brother printer, I choose custom and then the percentage I want, then I choose poster and I check that I want cutting marks (so you can line up where to cut the pages and tape them together).
